HOUSE TYPE ANALYSIS
How to handle the conflict between indoor and outdoor in the design of a 398 square meter space? How to address the lack of bathrooms in children's rooms as a key consideration in this design? The designer uses black, white, and gray as the main tone, supplemented by curved surfaces, wooden finishes, and textured paint to make the space more pure, creating a comfortable, natural, and poetic minimalist living space.

▲Comparison of the front and rear of the crossbeam
The house is located on the top floor, and the panoramic view of the river was blocked by the original building windows. Therefore, the designer changed the original windows to glass curtain walls, compressing the living room area while planning the space reasonably, amplifying the sense of space and viewing experience.

The living room is based on classic black, white, and gray colors, paired with elegant and dynamic dark green. The designer fills the space in a staggered manner with curved lines, reflecting the visual tension of the space and creating a homely atmosphere.

Designers attach great importance to the continuity and penetration of space, and the corridors are designed with curved shapes. Walking into them, compared to traditional straight corridors, is softer, more comfortable, and adds a bit of fun. Stepping out of the corridor, the river view and high-rise buildings outside the window come into view, everything looks so introverted and peaceful, with endless aftertaste.

Extra long dining table+island table, open layout

A mansion not only means the size of the space, but also needs to meet the homeowner's attitude towards life. The ultra long island dining table meets the needs of wine tasting, dining, parties, and other occasions, and the size of the table is also a measure of our living standards.

The design of the restaurant follows the principle of "less is more". The floor is paved with gray tiles, extending from the living room to the dining kitchen, exquisite and simple, while forming visual unity and connectivity.

The entire space is very quiet, with walls, floors, and lighting fixtures covered in clean colors such as white and black. The red cooking pot brings freshness and vitality, and any noise can be dissolved.

Poetic space, enjoy the flow of time

The designer designed the master bedroom as a super large river view suite, with each space independent and interconnected. The extensive use of natural materials makes the Italian minimalist style more pure. The large glass curtain wall overlooks the Yangtze River, and the gentle breeze blows through the window screens. The design achieves a balance between dynamic rhythm and unique aesthetic personality.

No complicated decorations, create an atmosphere in the details. The river scenery outside the landing window is uniform and the light and shadow are mottled. Each frame of the picture is fixed with the unique tranquility and warmth in the private space.

As the main bathroom of a private space, there is ample space to relieve people's fatigue. The bathroom space has been divided into dry and wet zones, and the walls and floors are made of uniform materials. The black and white style is particularly high-end here. Behind the mirror in the washing area, there is a hidden storage and a standalone artificial stone bathtub, allowing homeowners to enjoy the beauty of the river view in another way. The designer pursues perfection in every detail.

The world of extremely gentle girls

The girl's room uses pink, white, and purple soft furnishings, restoring the innocence of childhood and showcasing the vitality and innocence of the girl. Here, there is only simple happiness and beauty.

The meandering lines depict the passage of time, projecting different lights from every corner, allowing space, time, and light to flow together.

The bathroom not only meets functional requirements, but also creates comfortable color tones and materials that are not eye-catching and perfectly integrate into daily life.
